WETA is a workforce management and business operations application developed and operated by Widex Egypt. The application is designed exclusively for verified Widex Egypt employees to facilitate business operations, communication, attendance management, sales activities, inventory access, document requests, and other work-related functions.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the WETA mobile application and its related services.
It does not apply to third-party applications or websites that may be linked from WETA.
WETA is intended solely for verified employees of Widex Egypt.
Anyone may download the application from Google Play. However, access is restricted to verified Widex Egypt employees whose accounts have been approved by the Human Resources department.
Accounts belonging to non-employees or unauthorized users will not be activated.

Employee accounts are directly linked to employment with Widex Egypt.
Accordingly, employees cannot independently delete their accounts from within the application.
If an employee leaves Widex Egypt, the Human Resources department will complete the employee offboarding process, after which the employee's WETA account will be permanently deleted when it is no longer required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

Certain information cannot be deleted immediately if Widex Egypt is required to retain it for:

WETA is intended exclusively for Widex Egypt employees and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.
